1993 – 2002: Land agent for chartered surveyors in Hertfordshire (Brazier Freeth) acting for water companies on cross country pipelines and rural matters.
1990 – 93: Land agent for the National Trust in Thames Valley dealing with agricultural estates re farm effluent schemes on dairy farms, and agri-enviro schemes re landscape restoration.
