Chartered surveyor, Fellow of the RICS, specialist mediator/negotiator, event chair, meeting facilitator, project management and speaker.
Includes a broad-church backstory of 30 years of rural surveying acting on behalf of utilities (water, sewerage, wind companies) around project management, communication, ‘red teaming’ to reduce impact of pipelaying and mitigate compensation, liaison and negotiation with farmers, ecologists, planners, solicitors, public, stakeholders, engineers on schemes and projects.
Plus also environmental and small scale planning work within a National Park.
Please note I do NOT undertake valuations or any form of building surveys – whereas I do focus on specialist social skills around curating/chairing/moderating or speaking at events and workshops on environmental and rural issues – see this page
